Focused tasks.
Traceable guidance.
Discovery
Every category is searched once daily for checklists, practical tips, warnings, and common problems. Primary sources are preferred. New items require a source returned by search and an accessible publisher page. Sources are linked beside each task and on its dedicated page.
Canonical wording & deduplication
Each task has a canonical action, target, and condition. Synonyms such as check, validate, and confirm normalize to verify. The discovery process compares candidate meaning with the existing registry across every category. Matching tasks reuse one stable ID and combine category memberships and source links. Ambiguous near-duplicates are held for review. A new category or different wording does not create a new task.
We preserve the original published title and stable URL when adding supporting sources. Automated matching can still miss subtle equivalents; editorial corrections can merge records without treating wording changes as new tasks.
Example procedures
Titles use our concise wording. SOPs are hypothetical starting-point examples, not copied publisher procedures or claims of hands-on testing. AI-assisted synthesis may need correction. Definitions of done describe observable checks, not ranking guarantees.
Your workspace
Checkboxes highlight completed items. The × button moves an item to Save for later; Restore brings it back. Progress is stored locally in this browser and follows a task across categories. It is not submitted to our server or synchronized between devices. Clearing browser storage clears this progress.
